What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround Time is 5 business days in plant for photographers using our spreadsheet entry program. Photographers who send order forms to NESI for entry should add an additional 2 days for work to be completed.

What types of payment do you accept?
NESI accepts checks with order, MC, VISA and American Express. Credit cards are processed when jobs are shipped. Payment is required at submission of order if paying by check.

How are jobs shipped?
Jobs are shipped UPS ground. Faster shipping options are available for an additional charge.

How are jobs packaged?
Jobs are packaged in poly bags with chipboard and separated by teams. We can also package in mailing envelopes with address labels for "Mail to the Home" programs.

Who handles order entry?
Photographer enters all order envelope information on an Excel spreadsheet and submits it with the images. Images can be submitted either on a CD/DVD or uploaded on our FTP Site. Photographers can also ship all the order envelopes to us to be entered. There is an additional charge of .25 per child for this service

How are remakes handled?
Photographers doing their own order entry are responsible for any data entry related mistakes. Redo's are completed in plant in 3 business days or less and shipped via USPS.

What are your specifications for submitting digital files?
Digital files should be .jpg files between 1mb and 3mb in size. All files should be SRGB profile.
